Dubious claims
"He changed his name by statutory declaration to Sam."
"He was a Sheriff of Lincoln in the 1970s."
These claims have no citation and are both highly dubious so I have removed them. Hugh Segar Scorer is still the name used at probate. The post is High Sheriff of Lincolnshire, not "of Lincoln" and his name does not appear on the list. Nedrutland (talk) 10:26, 28 February 2019 (UTC)
