Article says: > Development continued over the years with the system incorporating the new RT-2PM2 Topol-M ICBMs in December 1990, and further refinements in 1996. but according on wikipedia article about Topol-M - it's first test flight was in 1994 - how Perimiter could use missile 4 years befor first flight?!
