Unless there's more to this character than is currently mentioned in the article, it should absolutely be deleted. This is not an indiscriminate list and a character who appeared in two issues of a C-list title isn't worth including. As far as I can tell, this page isn't linked in line by any other articles - all the incoming links are from the Spider-Woman template. Saving this information serves no purpose. I'd advise you to look at the previous discussion regarding this at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Luna Snow, where multiple arguments were raised for both keeping the article and merging it to the list entry. Ultimately, the substance of the arguments weighs more heavily than the sheer number of votes cast, so the closing admin reached the conclusion that the result of the discussion was to merge. Given the sufficient coverage of the character at the list entry and the merits of the closed discussion, I don't see any luck in getting the standalone article reinstated any time soon, but I'd like to note that that isn't necessarily a bad thing.
