Removed "hierarchy" figure
I sat in front of that figure for multiple minutes, trying to figure out whether it was correct or not.
Then I asked a bunch of other electrical engineers.
We all concluded: the figure is worthless; whatever statement it makes is trivial.
However, do to the fact that there's no statement derivable from the figure (Is a Supercap a Hybrid Capacitor? Is every supercapacitor a hybrid capacitor? Are some hybrid capacitors using "faradaic effects"? are all supercapacitors? Or do I need to read that the other direction?), it was really not worth discussing further. You cannot just label something a hierarchy, then not make it a hierarchy (that'd be a tree structure with a single root, and leaves at the opposite end), and then not label the relationships represented by the diamond edges.
Since the figure was so ambiguous it was confusing, I was bold (that's a WP principle!) and removed it. I checked – the article doesn't seem to be missing it now. MüllerMarcus (talk) 00:47, 11 August 2025 (UTC)
