It was published in england (but was available in usa and other european and asian countries) tali aug 06

There appear to be three different publications with this name, an American one, a British one, and an Australian. To add to the confusion, the American publication was also released in various foreign editions. Drutt (talk) 11:49, 17 April 2010 (UTC)

Pretty sure this one is unrelated to Hearst's magazine, though they both seem to have been founded in 1903. Letdorf (talk) 11:34, 19 April 2010 (UTC).
