- It looks like the content is a direct copy of the information at this "About us" page, which does not seem to be copyright protected, as far as I can tell. Where possible, it's best to get information from an Independent source - so that there's an editorial or fact-checking function that has been performed.
- And there are some bits which absolutely need to come from a secondary source:

- For instance, this source says that "At the beginning of 2012, Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) became India's largest media conglomerate". If you could find some more recent sources, that make the assertions, that would be great!

1838: The Bombay Times and Journal of Commerce was first published on November 3, 1838 as a bi- weekly (Saturday and Wednesday) newspaper for Bombay's business community under editor Dr. J.E. Brennan
1850: Paper is converted into a daily
1859: Bombay Standard and Chronicle of Western India merges into The Bombay Times and Journal of Commerce to form Bombay Times & Standard
