Non-science activities - include or not, refs suitable or not?
Hi, I am the subject of this article... When not involved in science, I am a long time appreciator of folk music, gypsy jazz, and other related genres, and have made archives of my own historic recordings and photographs available for public access and/or re-use (the latter via Wikimedia Commons), see these Mudcat (Folk music discussion group) threads: Live recordings - Tony Rees archive, A repository for your music pictures.... Just wondering if (a) this is appropriate content for the article, and (b) whether the "Mudcat" discussion group links are acceptable as sources. The Mudcat posts actually point to where the archived items reside (Youtube and Wikimedia Commons, can provide links as targeted searches) but I am not sure if those would be better or worse according to WP policies. Thoughts, anyone? Tony 1212 (talk) 20:06, 14 April 2024 (UTC)
