Hello JohnDoeJohnny. Your comments above (and on my user talkpage) raise multiple issues. Let me try and address them all. RE:

• "Can that idiot stop removing Susan Moran" . Please read the guidelines on editor etiquette and civility. Even if you believe that applying relevant guidelines/conventions is indicative of "idiocy" (and I, obviously, disagree), then there is no place for "name calling". The above says far more about you than it does me.
• "that person with an agenda stop" . Please read the guidelines on assuming good faith and making baseless allegations (without evidence). I'm not sure what "agenda" you think I have, but the only "agenda" applied in this edit of mine was the one explained/clarified in the edit summary. Namely the application of the relevant Wikipedia content policy/convention on "notable people".
• "If you're not from Tullamore or Offaly then mind your own business" . Once you've read the above etiquette policies, you should read the one about when "no edit orders" are (and are not) appropriate. While it should probably go without saying, to confirm, a "no edit order" isn't reasonably based on whether/not an editor is from Offaly. Or anywhere else.
• "why you think Ireland's only WNBA player and member of the Irish Basketball Hall of Fame is not a notable person in your mind" . It doesn't really matter whether/not I think Moran is notable. The applicable guideline/convention is the one covered in the guideline on "notable people" sections within town/village/city articles. And the common selection criteria. Both of which expect that the members of "notable people" sections verifiably/demonstrably meet the Wikipedia project's guidelines for notable people. Which is summarised in WP:CITSTRUCT as "Include only people with a Wikipedia article".

Long story short: If you firmly believe, as you clearly do, that Moran meets the project's criteria for notable people, then please feel free to create an article on Moran. OK @JohnDoeJohnny. RE:

• "apologise for my hot-headed response". OK. While I, like most people I'd imagine, didn't appreciate being called an "idiot" or having an unspecified "agenda", your apology is accepted. We'll call it a "gimme". There won't be another.
• "[draft] article on Susan Moran has been created". Indeed. As I said I would, I've helped extend its text and improved its sourcing. It should be advanced through the WP:AFC process in due course. If not, I'll look at moving it along.
• these edits. As the title is still in draft, and as articles in the main/article namespace should not link to draft titles, I've removed the link for now. It can be restored when the AFC process is completed (and the article is published). Personally I think the "notable people" list entry should mention that Moran is, originally, from Westmeath. Per various sources.
