Wrong Land Area value of Yemen

The statistic table state that Yemen's land area is 455,503 km² which is not correct according to the World Bank Group data. The World Bank Group provides the land area value of Yemen as 527,970 km². Here is the reference: https://data.worldbank.org/indicator/AG.LND.TOTL.K2?end=2023&start=1961&view=chart TheGodMirpulsar (talk) 15:49, 17 November 2025 (UTC)

Yes, it's because World Bank's land area value is wrong. BorysMapping (talk) 11:45, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
No, the World Bank data is accurate, and it aligns with the data and land area value provided in the CIA Factbook ( https://www.cia.gov/the-world-factbook/countries/yemen/ ). These two sources are the most accurate for such data. ~2025-34375-82 (talk) 12:03, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
Both of them are, in fact, wrong. BorysMapping (talk) 14:43, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
Why are they wrong? what is the right then? And what is the source of that right? TheGodMirpulsar (talk) 14:46, 18 November 2025 (UTC)
@BorysMapping you shouldve just linked to Talk:Yemen/Archive 3#The true size of Yemen for them to read 𐩣𐩫𐩧𐩨 Abo Yemen (𓃵) 16:19, 18 November 2025 (UTC)

Remove "Additionally, it has the lowest Human Development Index out of all non-African countries."

This phrasing violates NPOV, is original research, and misleading. Africa is a diverse continent with varying levels of human development across different countries, as seen in the report itself. Not a monolith with low development. Edmund9 (talk) 23:14, 10 December 2025 (UTC)

Partly done: I've removed the portion of this statement that singles out Africa, as this is not specified in the included source. The rest of the statement is verifiable against the included source and in my opinion is worth mentioning in the lead, so I've included more specific details in its place. - Umby 🌕🐶 (talk) 23:32, 10 December 2025 (UTC)
