Tavdinsky District

Tavdinsky District (Russian: Тавдинский райо́н) is an administrative district (raion), one of the thirty in Sverdlovsk Oblast, Russia.[1] As a municipal division, it is incorporated as Tavdinsky Urban Okrug.[5] The area of the district is 6,560 square kilometers (2,530 sq mi).[3] Its administrative center is the town of Tavda.[2] Population (excluding the administrative center): 6,885 (2010 Census);[4] 9,592 (2002 census);[6] 11,392 (1989 Soviet census).[7]
