Tetraserica shanensis is a species of beetle of the family Scarabaeidae.[1] It is found in Myanmar.[2][3]

Description

Adults reach a length of about 7.1–8.3 mm. The body is yellowish brown, with a darker head. The surface of the labroclypeus and the disc of the frons are glabrous. The smooth area anterior to the eye is twice as wide as long.[3]

Etymology

The species is named with reference to its occurrence in the Shan state.[3]
