In the fall of 2025, Roger Holzberg and Sedona Cruz launched a Kickstarter campaign[2] to complete animation work on The Magic 7. The campaign's goal of $35,000 was reached and the film will be released as a 7-part web series on YouTube. Upon release, it will be the final released projects of actors John Candy, Madeline Kahn, James Earl Jones and producer Olivia Newton-John.
