UDP-glucuronosyltransferase 2B10 is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the UGT2B10 gene.^[5]^[6] It is responsible for glucuronidation of nicotine and cotinine.^[7]^[8] Due to common hypomorphic alleles of UGT2B10, glucuronidation contributes relatively little to nicotine metabolism in most people.^[9]
