About me

Personal information, fit for public consumption

I was born on the 11th of July in Pune,India.I lived in Pune until the age of 18, and attended Loyola High School Pune.I currently live in Clausthal-Zellerfeld, Germany where I'm studying mechanical engineering at the Technische Universitaet Clausthal.

Interests

Sport

Sport is one of my main interests, although I am much more of a watcher than an active participant.

Cricket

Cricket is a sport which I have watched and enjoyed playing since i was a young boy.I support Mumbai Indians domestically and India internationally.

Football

Football is another sport I love.I support FC Augsburg, a Bundesliga II team.

Golf

I have started playing golf recently and it is my favourite pastime at the moment.

Other Sports

I also follow Hockey, Rugby League and Basketball.

Music

I play both the guitar and bass.I can't read notes and play mostly by ear.Sometimes i do use tabulature though.I also consider myself an amateur DJ.I enjoy mixing music and making my own music.

History

I love history,especially everything that happened in the world after 1900.I also enjoy reading about the British Raj in India.

War

War fascinates me.The fact that man can do such horrifying things to fellow men is repulsing, yet fascinating.

Travelling

I love travelling around.I have been to most of Europe and Asia.I would love to go and backpack through Africa someday.

Other interests

I also enjoy surfing the internet, and have wasted many hours on Wikipedia for months before I started contributing to the site.
