Graduate student currently finishing up my M.Sc thesis in protein biochemistry, specifically, the regulation of release of matrix metalloprotease (MMP)-9 and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteases (TIMP)-1 from human neutrophils, at the University of KwaZulu-Natal in Pietermaritzburg. My undergraduate majors were Biochemistry and Genetics.
