Mechanism for stopping operations
- Before the Bots performs a job, and before each batch of pages is processed, check to see if anyone has left a message on the emergency stop page requesting that the job be stopped.
- As long as there is a specified chapter on the emergency stop page, it is assumed that someone has left a message to stop the job and the editing will be aborted.
