Hello there. I'm CosmonauticalMile98.
I joined on Thursday, January 1, 2026, but I've had a few, albeit short-lived, Wikipedia accounts in the past.
Sun Tzu once said a very wise quote that escapes me now.

Professional idler(2023-present)I think the chess defence called the Petrov Defence deserves more hype than it gets.
I think Frasier is superior to Cheers both as a situational comedy and in subject matter, but mostly because it's pretentious(just like me!).
I hate the sound of something made of polystyrene being rubbed against something else. It gives me chills just thinking about it.
Some of my favourite books include The Lord of the Flies by Golding, The Art of War by Sun-Tzu, The Hobbit by Tolkien, and The Metamorphosis by Kafka. But my favourite, and easily the most challenging book I've ever read(which, with an ego like mine, is incredibly hard to admit) was the Very Hungry Caterpillar by Carle. It's very eye-opening. A profound modern literary work, at least for me.
One of my favourite quotes/stories in history is the story of the laconic phrase "If." This comes from when Sparta was threatened by Phillip II of Macedon, saying that if the Spartans didn't give up and surrender, he would raze Sparta to the ground. The Spartans swiftly replied with a letter only containing the word "If". Turns out that Phillip decided not to invade Sparta. A lot of things you can say with only one word. Something I wouldn't know. 95% of what I write is pure and unfiltered elaboration off of the first thing I said.
If you wish to contact me and you do not speak English, that's fine. I have generally intermediate knowledge of Spanish and German. If you don't speak those languages either, that's also fine. I'll just use Google Translate and hope for the best.
I think that because two out of the last four segments of this article started with the words "I think", I should stop saying "I think".
I think- oh, wait.....sorry about that.
PS: I am a relatively new member of the Wikipedia team, so there is a possibility that I may make some mistakes. If you notice a mistake of mine, please fix it and inform me of it. Thank you, and I wish you a decent rest of your day.
Does anyone actually read these? I'd be surprised if people do.
A Quick Little Disclaimer
As any Wikipedia member, I strive to be neutral in what I say. Of course, everyone is entitled to their own beliefs, and, in classic human style, these ideas we have hit close to home, per se, and it's sometimes difficult to silence them. So, I ask you....yes, you, reader.....to notify me if something I say isn't neutral, and I will hopefully respond in a reasonable amount of time.
Hopefully.
