Ecology
- Habitat and activity
Daniel Cavallari inhabits natural history collections and laboratories. In his natural habitat, he is usually interested in:
- General zoology.
- Mollusks, with a particular interest in marine/freshwater/land gastropods;
- Taxonomy of the Phylum Mollusca;
- Natural history collections/museums & curatorial methods;
- Conchology.
He also has field experience with and can identify Brazilian land, marine and freshwater gastropod and bivalve mollusks to species level. He can also identify worldwide marine and freshwater gastropod and bivalve mollusks to some extent.
