Hello, I’m Dannon! I was, at one point, probably one of the youngest Wikipedia editors. I make Wikipedia pages 🤭. I love genealogy and ghost towns!

I was born in Tulsa, Oklahoma. Most of my family lives in the area. I’ve recently been editing Wikipedia for fun. My parents divorced when I was very young and Wikipedia was one of my hobbies that I got shortly after.

History is an amazing and intriguing concept for me. The idea of ghost towns piqued my interest due to the nature of them being empty, yet flooded with history. I wanted to help expand knowledge in a specific database to help people, especially with history. This is also one of the other reasons why I got into genealogy, another one of my favorite subjects.

I started making Wikipedia edits around 2019 — by then, I was around the age of eight. After multiple years of being on Wikipedia, I’ve learned to be a lot better of an editor and article creator. Originally, I was given multiple counts of vandalism by several different editors on the site for, quite literally, vandalizing several pages (albeit, I thought I was adding more helpful information). You can see this reflected on my talk page, where it is very clear I was extremely upset.

I’m not like that anymore. I can control my temper (and make good edits).

Notes

  1. This is the join date of my old account. I made this account on August 29, 2020.
  2. I’m not entirely sure that this town even existed. I think I might’ve just trespassed onto private property on accident 😬
