Hello! I'm DarkToonLink! I'm a massive Nintendo fanboy and try to help improve related articles as much as possible, however I'll also edit or discuss any issues I come across that are outside my main field of work. I also tend to focus on articles about specific topics like a particular game, rather than a genre etc.. And whilst I do have my fanboyism and such, I consider it of paramount importance to keep a neutral point of view when writing articles. Video games are my entertainment medium of choice, but when I watch movies they're usually by Adam Sandler. Just to put it out there, I currently own these consoles: Wii U (European/Australian), Nintendo 3DS (European/Australian), Nintendo 3DS XL (European/Australian), Nintendo 3DS XL (Japanese), Nintendo DS Lite (AUS), Xbox, Wii (PAL), and Nintendo Entertainment System (Mattel Version). I study 日本語 (Japanese), and live Down Under. As an Australian, I also like to add in AU release dates and stuff that often get neglected, and I also enjoy adding Rōmaji to the Template:Nihongo. I believe in the value of life and equal rights and stuff, and I'm an ethical ovolactovegetarian. On the Political Compass, I'm south-west. I also have accounts on Nintendo Wiki, Super Mario Wiki, and Zelda Wiki, although I haven't bothered to use them! I am often bold but not reckless in some of my changes, although I will discuss first if I believe there are some extra opinions necessary. As I am only human, I do and will make mistakes sometimes. Please do not hold it against me! In terms of WikiProjects, most of my work is in WikiProject Video Games, specifically the Nintendo Task Force. I'm also in WikiProject Brisbane, because I might have local knowledge of something. I also signed up for WikiProject Japan, since that's a country I have an interest in and enjoyed being there as well! I don't actually do a lot of work writing those articles (at the moment at least) but I do have many on my watchlist. I'm not a member of WikiProject Anime and Manga, but some of my work is covered by that WikiProject, which is itself however under the scope of WikiProject Japan... On Saturday, 8 June 2013 at ~9:53pm (AEST) I created my first article, Nano Assault Neo!!! I also bothered to get a signature (DarkToonLinkHeyaah!) and made a userbox. A bit before this time 14:51, 10 August 2013 (UTC) I made my 1000th edit! I'll let my userboxes say the rest. I might organize them later, but I'd rather spend my time writing articles. The Username!
Well basically, the word 'Dark' represents there are two sides to everything, and all sides must be considered, regardless of whether you can see the light at the end of the tunnel; 'Toon' represents the fact that there is room for fun and enjoyment in life, and happiness is what truly matters; and 'Link' represents that, throughout history, and within spacetime itself, every particle of matter in our universe is connected. Er, of course not. Honestly I chose this name rather hastily when I created this account, as it was something I'd used in a few other places before. So yeah, Toon Link with the dark colour scheme is my main in Super Smash Bros. Brawl, but not its sequel. Not a huge Wind Waker fan.
