- "I must not fear.
- Fear is the mind-killer.
- Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
- I will face my fear.
- I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
- And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
- Where the fear has gone there will be nothing.
- Only I will remain."
- --Bene Gesserit Littany against Fear from Frank Herbert's novel Dune
I'm an African-American International Relations Major, and recent Master of Science in Cybersecurity Management and Policy. I am 34 years old and I hope to travel the world someday and meet people from every country I can as well as aid working class movements in other countries.
I'm well rounded in world history and I'm very well-versed in world political issues and American economics, social issues and politics. I'm into philosophical topics and I'm very knowledgeable about American race-relations, the anthropology of various religions and civilizations, politics, sociology and scientific topics. My scientific forte areas are Astrophysics and space exploration technology.
I'm a non-theist as I am neither a theist or an atheist. I prefer monistic philosophies, specifically the neutral and dialectical type, over materialism, idealism and dualism. Politically, I favor direct democracy and I consider myself an Anarchist without Adjectives. The world would be a much better place with workers' and counsumers' councils, commons, cooperatives and revolutionary trade unions replacing capitalist firms and I advocate copyleft over copyright. I am a libertarian socialist and I accept all anarchists and libertarian socialists in general (including libertarian Marxists and some anarcho-capitalists such as Georgist varieties) as comrades, along with some of the libertarian Right that genuinely cares about the working/middle-class, examples of such people like Karl Hess. I'm also influenced by post-left anarchism and Mutualism.
