Notes
- i don't practice speaking toki pona much, but i can read texts in it with effort, i can formulate sentences without too much difficulty, and i know enough about its features to help others (e.g. how la works). the reason my toki pona abilities are lacking isn't a lack of knowledge, it's a lack of practice. i could edit in it, although with limitations.
also, if i were to describe my toki pona abilities in toki pona, this box would say something more like this:
mi ken toki pona kepeken pali mute. toki pona mi li ken ike. (also i'd add - toki pona mi li ike la, o pana e sona tawa mi.) - i don't speak toki pona much - though i would like to, none of my friends speak it better than i do (most of my toki pona friends / acquaintances learned it from me introducing it to them), and finding friends is difficult for me, let alone friends who know a specific language. i like this name, though, and i haven't found a better name for more formal things. /shrug
- i edited Wikipedia some before creating my account, but i somehow didn't realize the first letter would be capitalized. it kind of sickens me, but i don't want to request a rename just to add a dash or something at the beginning so it can be cased properly, and i can't create a new account with the correct name, because the names are too similar, so either i create a new account with a completely different name or i deal with it
