Something about the JC....

Hi there. My name is Juan Carlos Mena. I´m a North American, born and living in Mexicali, capital of the state of Baja California, Mexico. The municipality is located in the northwest region of the country. From my view, all of the other Latin American cities are at south of mine (even 10% of the USA is located southern than my city).

I'm translating some wikipedia articles from english to spanish and viceversa, I also made a few articles about the Mexican islands, in both languages.
