I used to work in Santa Monica, then Westwood, and I had the Metro Expo Line to look forward to. Now I now work in Monrovia. While I'm happy to once again be working near another future Metro Rail line (the Metro Gold Line Foothill Extension), it will do me absolutely no good when it opens, since commuting from home would take 2 hours by rail.
