- Teams in green are definite qualifiers
- The number in brackets shows the number of teams that can mathematically claim the spot
- The designations in brackets (First etc.) show the current position and will become final positions (Winner etc.) once the position is definite (rather than just qualification)
- Where possibilities extend across columns there will need to be further draws to allocate teams to specific spots
