The Formula One Lead Project began in September 2024, with the goal of standardising Formula One driver leads to aid readability between articles, and give concise career summaries for all 782 drivers in the history of the Formula One World Championship.

All 2024 drivers completed by 9 September 2024; all World Drivers' Champions standardised by 8 October 2024, WDC runners-up by 11 October 2024, Grand Prix winners by 13 October 2024, polesitters by 25 March 2025, multiple-time podium finishers by 28 March 2025, 50+ Grands Prix by TBC, World Championship fatalities by TBC. All drivers up to 2020 standardised by 28 October 2024, 2010 by 8 November 2024, 2000 by TBC.
