I am active in composing modern piano, chamber and symphonic music. I am also an instructor in both Kung Fu, Chi Kung, and Taoist Neigong- having 20 years of experience and living in a Taoist temple for 2 years.

I am a Sifu in unarmed Kunlun Kung Fu , as well as armed forms with: Staff, Jute, Jo/Bo, Yawara, Tanto, Sword and BroadSword. I have studied Kung Fu from the age of 8. I have also studied Ninjutsu, Shaolin GungFu, BaGwaZhang, White Crane, Jujutsu, Judo and Sambo. ( To the respective levels of: shidōshi-ho, black sash, 'novice', chin-na-te, Brown-Belt, Blue-Belt, 1-st Razryad )
