Redesign test

  • Split top-image out, to allow adjustable or dynamic width.
  • Move maps to top, and order in decreasing scale (country 1st, state 2nd)
  • Moved the "Nicknames" section to underneath the "Named for" section
  • Moved the (Flag & Seal & Mottos) down to penultimate position, to avoid too many images in one spot.
  • Move the "official" name down.
