Handel Hydn Jones is an American business executive, author, and consultant, best known as the founder and CEO of International Business Strategies, Inc. (IBS), a strategic consulting firm specializing in the electronics and semiconductor industries.[1]

Career
In 1985, Jones founded IBS, based in Los Gatos, California. It provides strategic consulting services to companies in the electronics industry, including IBM, Samsung Electronics, LG Electronics, Intel, Qualcomm, Broadcom, Cisco Systems, Microsoft, Toshiba, Sony, GE, and STMicroelectronics.[2]
Prior to founding IBS, he held a senior management positions at ITT and was Vice President of Strategic Planning, Acquisitions, International Marketing, and Engineering for the Commercial Electronics Group of Rockwell International.[1]
Jones has been involved in various aspects of the semiconductor industry, including process and packaging technologies and IC design cost analysis. He has also contributed to discussions on global semiconductor manufacturing trends and investments.[1]
