Hi! After using Wikipedia for some time as a reference, I decided to join on March 3, 2006, and since have contributed to a quite a few pages, mostly making large, researched, content-based edits. I have not been very active in the past couple of years. I nominated myself for admin-ship in January of 2008, but I was turned down and instructed to help out more in admin areas like vandal protection and articles for deletion. For this reason, I sometimes help out in this way and I enjoy the increased responsibility that comes with this moderation.
