I have been an editor on English Wikipedia for over a decade, active intermittently. I have created dozens of pages, contributed to hundreds, and made thousand of edits in topics of interest - ranging from everyday events, social issues, inspiring individuals/groups, animal welfare, philosophy and more.
Sometimes I simply perform wikignome-work (such as improving refs and just making this place a little better, more on that later) and believe in principles of good-faith and NPOV (on and off Wiki for that matter); hopefully these can be more widespread.
