- Project welcome template delivery.
- Project collaboration notice delivery.
- Adds all articles in a category with the related Wikiproject category, for example, would also tag all articles in the Category:24 (TV series) with the {{WikiProject 24|class=}} template.
- Infobox cleanup, using regexes.
Task 2
- Adds ==References== and {{reflist}} to the bottom of articles and converts the old <reflist/> and <references/> with the new style.

- Template substitution, using subst.py.
