Status
At the top the User:Twistedmath and all of its sub pages, there is an activity status bar. Here are all the possible statues that I can have:

My current status is always stored at User:Twistedmath/Status which is how the activity status bar is interpreted. I do this using {{UserStatus}} with the StatusChanger.js and {{UserStatusShort}} add-ons.
Menu Bar
At the top the User:Twistedmath and all of its sub pages, there is a menu bar which is stored at User:Twistedmath/Menu. Inspired from StonedChipunk’s menu bar. You can see it below:

Archive Bar
At the top of archive pages (from Twistedmath’s talk page) there is a bar, which is similar to the menu bar but has a notice notifying that this is a archive page; don’t edit this page. You can see it below
