Hi. This page is mostly blank for now. Hopefully I'll get around to spicing it up. I'm pretty shy though, so I don't like sharing much about myself. Still learning as a Wikipedian. Please be nice.
Here are some articles I wrote:
Lambda (Mozambican organization)
Oogachaga (upgraded from redirect to full article)
Some articles I expanded:
Assembly of the Republic(Mozambique)
Here's an article I made that frequently work on:
Intersex healthcare (it passed GA review :DDD)
I've done editing on other pre-existing LGBT+ pages to expand on those article's topics. Copy editing isn't my strong point (I could read the same article a dozen times and still miss typos =w=). I like deorphaning random orphan articles from time to time.
Things I've recently done:
Writing the intersex infanticide article.
My Writing Quirks
- Lots of "also", "as well", and "such as."
- Semicolons when two simple clauses are related, but I don't want two tiny sentence. I try keeping sentences just a couple clauses long; these past two sentences are examples of that.
- I like to write chronologically when possible so that you don't have to double back.
- I like to very explicitly phrase things as "X did Y" or "X did Y, resulting in Z."
- For instance, I wouldn't say "Debra opened her cookbook and saw a recipe for fish lasagna. The house smelled for a week." Sure it's trying to imply that Debra cooked fish lasagna which made the house smelly, but I don't like ambiguity in informational writing. I'd write it as "Debra cooked fish lasagna, and it made the house smell for a week." More plain but less room for confusion, especially over the span of a whole article.
