Overview
Zymology is the study of fermentation.
In the past I have spent most of my time on Wikipedia reading articles about history, music, and a wide variety of other interests. I like to make minor edits while I browse, but sometimes I will tweak articles to improve their flow or add some extra info to stubs that need fleshing out.
