Epcot or EPCOT
If you think that it should be at EPCOT rather than Epcot then you need to start a move request following the instructions at Wikipedia:Requested moves/Controversial to move all the articles and not just a few. However, before you do that read Wikipedia:Naming conventions (companies) especially the section Wikipedia:Naming conventions (companies)#Capitalization and Wikipedia:Manual of Style/Trademarks. Hello, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. A page you created or have recently made significant changes to, George Kamel, may not conform to some of Wikipedia's guidelines for pages, so it has been blanked and redirected. Three typical reasons for this are that: (1) the article's subject appears to fail our notability guidelines; (2) the article is unsourced; or (3) the sources used in the article are unreliable. The page's history is preserved and it is possible to restore the article: If you believe that this page should remain included on Wikipedia or that this action was taken in error, then you may revert the edit that blanked and redirected the page.
Wikipedia:Your first article has more information about creating articles, and you may also want to read our introduction page to learn more about contributing. Thank you. '''[[User:CanonNi]]''' (talk • contribs) 04:46, 12 December 2024 (UTC)
- What reason specifically was responsible for the article being redirected? All sources were verifiable and Kamel is a widely known figure due to his association with The Ramsey Show, which is the second most popular radio show in America. Was it because of the YouTuber classification?
- I'm going to revert the article and change the approach. 2719Hyperion (talk) 13:22, 12 December 2024 (UTC)
Ramsey Solutions moved to draftspace
Thanks for your contributions to Ramsey Solutions. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it is promotional and reads like an advertisement and you may have a possible Conflict of Interest. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit for review" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. signed, Rosguill talk 18:30, 14 February 2025 (UTC)
- Hello. I adjusted the article as requested to make it sound less promotional. No conflict of interest—I write/edit articles on a variety of subjects and have known about Dave Ramsey and his teachings for over a decade. I based the format on several Wikipedia articles I found for other companies—product profiles, company division descriptions, etc. Several pieces of information were transferred from Dave Ramsey's Wikipedia article, as they didn't pertain to Ramsey himself (there was a tag on that article for improvement and reorganization). Will republish. Thank you for your feedback. 2719Hyperion (talk) 02:52, 17 February 2025 (UTC)
Orphaned non-free image File:Logo for Ramsey Solutions.jpg

Thanks for uploading File:Logo for Ramsey Solutions.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of non-free use. However, the image is currently not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described in section F5 of the criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. --B-bot (talk) 03:39, 17 February 2025 (UTC)
- Just put the logo back on the Ramsey Solutions article. The article was moved to draft mode by another editor/admin. I made the necessary corrections and the article is back up. I added the logo back to the article. 2719Hyperion (talk) 04:02, 17 February 2025 (UTC)

Regarding the COIN discussion and the Ramsey articles
Hi 2719Hyperion. I'd assumed that someone had notified you of WP:COI prior to the discussion at the noticeboard, and so would be familiar with Wikipedia:Independent sources. I hope those make clearer the problems that editors are seeing with the Ramsey-related articles. --Hipal (talk) 21:47, 19 March 2025 (UTC)
Regarding your comments about primary sources: Briefly summarizing: we write articles from independent, secondary sources. Primary sources might be used to add details and clarify information from those secondary sources. --Hipal (talk) 17:44, 21 March 2025 (UTC)
Could you please respond here? I'd like to think this can be worked out, but you're making it very difficult. --Hipal (talk) 17:21, 25 March 2025 (UTC)
- I'm not trying to make things difficult...I'm trying, with the best of intentions, to understand the guidelines as they are written. I've taken some time to read over everything and it still says that primary sources like biographies and company websites can be used to confirm hard dates and provide relevant quotes. I've also scoured other Wikipedia biographical articles and have seen several with extensive quotes from autobiographies on and interviews with the subject. That's why your assertions that only secondary sources are allowed is so confusing. If you like, I can point you towards those biographical articles that cite primary sources like interviews. How are these any different? I genuinely want to know.
- Also, I worked on eliminating the biased language in the Dave Ramsey article. I read through all the info on the Wikipedia guidelines, and I think I have a better grasp on the concept. Thank you for your help. I didn't remove the banner yet, however. Wasn't sure it was my place, but the discussion has stopped for over two weeks. You're welcome to review. 2719Hyperion (talk) 04:32, 14 April 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks for responding.
- I'm not saying that only secondary sources are allowed, but that they should be the bulk of the sourcing. WP:BLPPRIMARY states,
Where primary-source material has been discussed by a reliable secondary source, it may be acceptable to rely on it to augment the secondary source, subject to the restrictions of this policy, no original research, and the other sourcing policies.
- Generally, looking for examples in other articles is not a good way to understand policy unless relevant, policy-based discussion backs the examples. --Hipal (talk) 19:21, 14 April 2025 (UTC)
Disambiguation link notification for April 14
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Dave Ramsey, you added links pointing to the disambiguation pages The Hill and Thomas Nelson. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, --DPL bot (talk) 07:53, 14 April 2025 (UTC)
