Information icon Welcome to Wikipedia. Editors are expected to treat each other with respect and civility. On this encyclopedia project, editors assume good faith while interacting with other editors, which you did not appear to do at User_talk:Smasongarrison#Account_being_falsely_accused_of_being_a_sock_puppet_account. Here is Wikipedia's welcome page, and it is hoped that you will assume the good faith of other editors and continue to help us improve Wikipedia! Thank you very much! For some reason, I can't reply to the message you left me on your talk page, so I'll leave it here instead.

You're partially missing some information. I was checking Special:RecentChanges to see if there were any rule breakers (I will say that the message on James' talk page could've been worded better). That's when I happened to notice James' edits, which could've been done in a few edits rather than many edits. I decided to leave him a message, which he then removed for the following guidelines since I was a supposed sock puppet account:

His claims don't add up since I created this account in 2021 (at least to me, but there's a good chance I read it wrong). Furthermore, I don't see how it's harassing him, so if you could provide an explanation for that, I would greatly appreciate it (the message was done in good faith). From other editors I've seen in the past, the general procedure would be to say who the account was a sock puppet of; he did not do any of that, to my knowledge (this is my only account anyway). After that, he removed my message since my claim did not make sense, and I was unaware he wanted to be left alone since I saw no indication of that; I then decided to message you since I thought James was going to falsely report me for being a sock puppet account, although that only made matters worse.

(I apologize if any of this wording feels off since I had trouble finding out how to write it correctly.)

Ok... so I am going to assume some good faith here and spell out in plain language. James500 wants you to leave him alone. Please respect that, even if you don't understand why he wants you to leave him alone. If you look at his talk page's edit history, you can glean some of the history for why James wants to limit his engagement. Much of it was before my time
That may not have been obvious to you immediately, but you do recognize it now. Please respect James500's request.SMasonGarrison 03:13, 19 November 2025 (UTC)
I understand, and I apologize for any trouble I have caused. Hopefully, I was able to clear some things up. 8BitBros (talk page contributions) 03:16, 19 November 2025 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of File:Sarah Lahrkamp Appearance.jpg

A tag has been placed on File:Sarah Lahrkamp Appearance.jpg requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section F9 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it is a copyright violation and has no credible claim of non-free use or permission. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images taken from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

If the image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use it — which means allowing other people to use it for any reason — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. The same holds if you are not the owner but have their permission. If you are not the owner and do not have permission, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission for how you may obtain it. You might want to look at Wikipedia's copyright policy for more details, or ask a question here.

If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. It's very important that contributors understand and follow these practices. Persistent failure to comply may result in being blocked from editing. Just a heads up

Per your edit here, warning templates are actually supposed to go under the same month section. It helps with anti-vandalism scripts. Thanks for the help though and happy editing =) LuniZunie(talk) 04:23, 15 December 2025 (UTC)

I'll keep that in mind for future reference. Thank you for notifying me. 8BitBros (talk page contributions) 04:25, 15 December 2025 (UTC)

I have a habit of doing edits by hand instead of using a type of software, which honestly doesn't bother me. I do, however, think I'll give it a whirl at a later date. Thanks for the suggestion. 8BitBros (talk page contributions) 04:46, 15 December 2025 (UTC)
