Your submission at Articles for creation: FITCH MEANS (November 21)

Your recent article submission to Articles for Creation has been reviewed. Unfortunately, it has not been accepted at this time. The reason left by Wikishovel was:
This submission's references do not show that the subject qualifies for a Wikipedia article—that is, they do not show significant coverage (not just passing mentions) about the subject in published, reliable, secondary sources that are independent of the subject (see the guidelines on the notability of music-related topics). Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.

Blocked as a sockpuppet

Stop icon
You have been blocked indefinitely from editing for abusing multiple accounts as a sockpuppet of User:Ablasaur per the evidence presented at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Ablasaur. Note that multiple accounts are allowed, but not for illegitimate reasons, and any contributions made while evading blocks or bans may be reverted or deleted.
If you believe that there are good reasons for being unblocked, please review Wikipedia's guide to appealing blocks, then add the following text to the bottom of your talk page: {{unblock|reason=Your reason here ~~~~}}.  CoconutOctopus talk 11:35, 21 November 2025 (UTC)
This is incorrect! I dont even know who that person is and I can submit documentation for myself via ID or whatever is needed. Please get better reviewers ATLANTICARTIST (talk) 01:25, 22 November 2025 (UTC)

Request reason:

This is incorrect! I dont even know who that person is and I can submit documentation for myself via ID or whatever is needed. Please get better reviewers ATLANTICARTIST I am not a sockpuppet and I am not associated with User:Ablasaur. This appears to be an IP range block that I was mistakenly caught in. I am a new user attempting to create a legitimate draft article and I have never edited Wikipedia under any other account. Please review and lift the block. Thank you. ATLANTICARTIST (talk) 01:29, 22 November 2025 (UTC)

Decline reason:

It may very well be that you have never used another account, but that would only make this meat puppetry as your only edits have been about a topic others have been blocked for editing about as undisclosed paid editors. If you have nothing to do with any undisclosed paid editing efforts, then you will have no problem agreeing to a topic ban from editing about living people or companies and you can tell what edits you will make instead. 331dot (talk) 09:21, 22 November 2025 (UTC)

If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the {{unblock}} template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I have merged your requests, as only a single open request is needed at a time. 331dot (talk) 09:14, 22 November 2025 (UTC)

Request reason:

I understand the concern. I am not connected to any paid editing or any previous accounts. I have no involvement with the other users you mentioned. I agree to a topic ban on editing biographies of living persons or companies. I will instead make constructive edits to general topics on Wikipedia, such as music history, Philadelphia-related pages, and improving grammar or citations on other articles. Thank you for reviewing my request. Please escalate the to a higher up as well a I would like them to take a deeper investigation into this matter because the is my first time using wiki at all! Thank you. Also I contribute all the time to keeping wiki up and active. If I want to delete my account how would I go about that ATLANTICARTIST (talk) 16:58, 22 November 2025 (UTC)

Accept reason:

Sorry about this. False alarm, and no need for a topic ban either. asilvering (talk) 12:47, 24 November 2025 (UTC)

An administrator will review this unblock request. Just to clarify how Wikipedia works, there are no "higher ups" to "escalate" things to. The closest thing is ArbCom, but they only rarely take cases, and only then mostly when the community indicates that the normal processes have failed. The sockpuppet investigation is the deeper review. Also, due to legal requirements, accounts on Wikipedia can not be deleted. If you no longer wish to use your account, simply log out and don't log in again. The closest thing to a deletion available is a courtesy WP:VANISH but that's only available to editors in good standing. CoffeeCrumbs (talk) 17:11, 22 November 2025 (UTC)

CoconutOctopus, did you have other evidence than what was in the SPI, or is that the whole of it? -- asilvering (talk) 03:49, 24 November 2025 (UTC)
I don’t know what evidence you guys want. The person above has not asked me for anything once all they keep asking me to do is agree to something which I already did. This is ridiculous. And they’re only bases is they? I edited this one person I even even gotten a chance to edit anyone else. The individual above is clearly only interested in keeping me blocked or going back-and-forth on Wikipedia both of which I’m not interested in. As I stated before, whatever you guys need say it so I can supply it other than that I don’t know how to prove to you guys that I didn’t use my IP address to do whatever they mentioned above. In fact, I you guys are giving me too much credit. If the mile of the Raiders on wiki act all like the person above then never mind. ATLANTICARTIST (talk) 06:38, 24 November 2025 (UTC)
@ATLANTICARTIST, I wasn't asking you, I was asking the blocking admin. Please be patient. There's nothing you need to do right now. -- asilvering (talk) 07:32, 24 November 2025 (UTC)
@Asilvering it was just the SPI, yeah. Feel free to do whatever you think best with the block. CoconutOctopus talk 08:54, 24 November 2025 (UTC)
Good morning I just wanted to find out if there was any update on this. ~2025-38033-72 (talk) 14:09, 3 December 2025 (UTC)
You've been unblocked for more than a week already. -- asilvering (talk) 20:12, 3 December 2025 (UTC)

Managing a conflict of interest

Information icon Hello, ATLANTICARTIST. We welcome your contributions, but if you have an external relationship with the people, places or things you have written about on Wikipedia, you may have a conflict of interest (COI). Editors with a conflict of interest may be unduly influenced by their connection to the topic. See the conflict of interest guideline and FAQ for article subjects for more information. We ask that you:

In addition, you are required by the Wikimedia Foundation's terms of use to disclose your employer, client, and affiliation with respect to any contribution which forms all or part of work for which you receive, or expect to receive, compensation. See Wikipedia:Paid-contribution disclosure.

Also, editing for the purpose of advertising, publicizing, or promoting anyone or anything is not permitted. Thank you. asilvering (talk) 13:20, 24 November 2025 (UTC)

@ATLANTICARTIST, this is just for your information. If you are connected to a topic you're writing about in some way, we ask that you send drafts for review rather than creating them directly. You already did this with your draft, but I wanted to make sure you were aware that you should keep doing that, for any topics you might have a conflict of interest with. -- asilvering (talk) 13:22, 24 November 2025 (UTC)
Okay, I don’t personally know the artist, or celebrities that I will be updating and I will continue to just submit drafts. Also, I don’t have an official business I’m working under so if anything else needs to be submitted, please let me know ATLANTICARTIST (talk) 14:15, 3 December 2025 (UTC)

Before any resubmission, additional references meeting these criteria should be added (see technical help and learn about mistakes to avoid when addressing this issue). If no additional references exist, the subject is not suitable for Wikipedia.
The comment the reviewer left was:
Interviews do not contribute to a subject's notability. Please find secondary sources that describe Means and his work as a whole.
Please check the submission for any additional comments left by the reviewer. You are encouraged to edit the submission to address the issues raised and resubmit after they have been resolved.
