Happy editing!  HTGS (talk) 02:43, 3 January 2025 (UTC)

Hey, I just wanted to check in, have you edited Wikipedia much as an IP user? I ask because I noticed a few of your first edits have been content assessment, and it’s usually advisable that you get some solid experience editing and writing first before jumping into assessment. Assessment can be a funny beast, as it often doesn’t just look like issuing a letter grade, but has hurdles in some places you wouldn’t expect, but none in others where you would (for instance, B-Class is quite detailed: Wikipedia:Content assessment/B-Class criteria).
Let me know if you have any questions though, cause I’d be happy to help you out!  HTGS (talk) 02:50, 3 January 2025 (UTC)
Hi HGTS! Thank you for the warm welcome to Wikipedia.
Apologies about the slightly delayed reply. I meant to get back to you sooner.
I have done a bit of editing as an IP user, however not a lot. Thanks for the advice regarding content assessment. I'll get some more experience editing pages before assessing content again.
Once again, thanks for the welcome to Wikipedia, and your advice. Ad3245 (talk) 13:56, 5 January 2025 (UTC)
No worries! This is all unpaid, so I don’t care much how long people take to get back to me ;)
If you’re ever looking for more changes to make on mobile phone pages, I’ve been slowly making headway cutting down on some extraordinarily long infoboxes, but I have noticed there are a lot of older smartphones that don’t have a discontinued date (eg, Huawei P10). If you want to go through a bunch of similar articles at once, go to the bottom of the page to see the categories that article is in (in this case, Category:Mobile phones introduced in 2017 might be a good place to start).  HTGS (talk) 09:18, 6 January 2025 (UTC)
