Hello, I'm Elizium23. I noticed that you recently removed content from Fictional world of The Hunger Games without adequately explaining why. In the future, it would be helpful to others if you described your changes to Wikipedia with an accurate edit summary. If this was a mistake, don't worry; the removed content has been restored. If you would like to experiment, please use the sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks. Disambiguation link notification for December 29
Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Natalie Dormer, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page John Bradley. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)
It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:04, 29 December 2020 (UTC)

ANI
Hi, hope this isn't too weird of a thing to do, but I've been following the ANI thread you commented in. Your comment seemed like an important point, but it might get lost in the conversation since right now it's in between two much older posts. It might be a good idea to move it to the end? Apologies if that was intentional! CarringtonMist (talk) 21:22, 1 February 2022 (UTC)
Not at all, thanks for the suggestion! Done. I have no dog in the fight other than the absolute mess he's made of this (and that he's now apparently stalking me by editing the pages after I did). It's the sheer number and the fact that they are wrong. Qualifications doesn't count as an event, only team, individual all around, and apparatus finals do. Afheather (talk) 21:27, 1 February 2022 (UTC)
Thank you
Thank you, it's cute; you're kind. Best wishes.--Titanicophile (talk) 08:10, 2 February 2022 (UTC)
Moving your ANI edit
Hello, Heather. I saw your thank you message. I should really have asked you first before moving the content, but it had lost context where it was, so I thought it should go to the main discussion part of the thread. I hope that's okay. Let me know if I can help with anything. All the best. No Great Shaker (talk) 14:27, 2 February 2022 (UTC)
No problem. I'm still learning how those pages work, so if I make a mistake like that, please feel free to correct it. Thanks! Afheather (talk) 14:29, 2 February 2022 (UTC)

Hello. I have noticed that you often edit without using an edit summary. Please do your best to always fill in the summary field. This helps your fellow editors use their time more productively, rather than spending it unnecessarily scrutinizing and verifying your work. Even a short summary is better than no summary, and summaries are particularly important for large, complex, or potentially controversial edits. To help yourself remember, you may wish to check the "prompt me when entering a blank edit summary" box in your preferences. Thanks! Muhandes (talk) 08:42, 17 February 2022 (UTC)
- Hi Afheather. I left you the note above because I was alerted by this edit which I could not understand. You reintroduced material from The Sun. You undid some important changes like adding an author link and correcting two URLs. Why would you do that? Maybe there is a good reason behind it, but without an edit summary we can't tell. Please always leave an edit summary. Happy editing! --Muhandes (talk) 08:47, 17 February 2022 (UTC)
I’m not sure why the material from the Sun was readded. The term for people from the US is American, not US-American, which was the change I was making. No other article refers to Americans as US-Americans. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Afheather (talk • contribs) 09:20, 17 February 2022 (UTC)

Hi. Please stop reverting sourced content - I have no idea why you are doing this. The WP:BURDEN is with you to provide a reliable source in these instances. Thanks. Lugnuts Fire Walk with Me 12:59, 26 May 2022 (UTC)
- You have no clue how gymnastics qualifications works. You're just pissed because I've been correcting your longstanding errors. Frankly, I bet the vast majority of them do not pass general notability guidelines. Afheather (talk) 13:05, 26 May 2022 (UTC)

Hello, I'm Laterthanyouthink. I noticed that you added or changed content in an article, Tony Briggs, but you didn't provide a reliable source. It's been removed and archived in the page history for now, but if you'd like to include a citation and re-add it, please do so. You can have a look at referencing for beginners. If you think I made a mistake, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Laterthanyouthink (talk) 22:04, 19 January 2023 (UTC)

CS1 error on Impact events in fiction
Hello, I'm Qwerfjkl (bot). I have automatically detected that this edit performed by you, on the page Impact events in fiction, may have introduced referencing errors. They are as follows:
- A bare URL and missing title error. References show this error when they do not have a title. Please edit the article to add the appropriate title parameter to the reference. (Fix | Ask for help)
Please check this page and fix the errors highlighted. If you think this is a false positive, you can report it to my operator. Thanks, Qwerfjkl (bot) (talk) 11:42, 2 December 2025 (UTC)

Thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia. Regarding your recent edits to Frank Collison when you modified the page, you introduced unknown parameters. Just because you specify |some_param=some_variable does not always mean that variable will display. The |some_param= must be defined in the template. You can look at the documentation for the template you are using but it is also helpful to use the preview button before you save your edit; this helps you find any errors you have made and ensure that the values you have added are displaying correctly. Below the edit box is a Show preview button. Pressing this will show you what the page will look like without actually saving it. It is strongly recommended that you use this before saving. Note I have likely fixed the error by now so check the history of the page to see how it was fixed. If you have any questions, contact the help desk for assistance.
Thank you. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 14:46, 27 January 2026 (UTC)
- The only thing I did was change infobox presenter line to infobox person. The editor before me added the presenter and prevshow lines. I just missed the prevshow when I corrected the presenter to person. Afheather (talk) 16:49, 27 January 2026 (UTC)
- Yes but by changing the Infobox type, you introduced errors into the page... So please remember to WP:PREVIEW. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 03:15, 28 January 2026 (UTC)
- You didn’t change anything I did. Check the diffs and quit accusing me of doing something I didn’t do. Afheather (talk) 10:47, 28 January 2026 (UTC)
- This edit, by you, placed the page into an error category. Had you previewed the edit when you made it, you would have seen that. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 14:53, 28 January 2026 (UTC)
- And I'm telling you, you didn't change anything I did with your edit. What exactly is the change I made that you are claiming caused an error? I changed infobox presenter, which is not an infobox category, to infobox person, which is. I didn't add in the | prevshow = San Diego Film Awards , the user before me did. That was the only thing you changed in your edit. Afheather (talk) 15:35, 28 January 2026 (UTC)
- At a certain point here competence is required... I will try one last time. When YOU changed the infobox type from {{Infobox presenter}} to {{Infobox person}}, YOU failed to preview the edit.
|prevshow=is a valid param for Infobox presenter. It is not for Infobox person. Therefore it was YOUR edit that caused the error. Had you previewed your edit, you would have seen the new error that YOUR edit created. Zackmann (Talk to me/What I been doing) 04:17, 29 January 2026 (UTC)- Then be more clear about what exactly the change was that caused the issue, especially when your subsequent edit did NOT change mine. Infobox person is a better fit for him because he’s not a television or radio host, which is what presenter is for. Previewing edits is not required. You weren’t clear and now you’re just being a condescending prick.Afheather (talk) 04:30, 29 January 2026 (UTC)
- And if competence is required, I could say the same about you not really looking in to the subject of the page to see if said infobox was appropriate, which you clearly did not. Afheather (talk) 04:46, 29 January 2026 (UTC)
