Request reason:
I am requesting an unblock regarding the checkuser findings. I want to be completely honest: I am indeed the owner of the account "Arup Kumar saha", which was blocked in 2019. I apologize sincerely for my behavior back then. I was inexperienced and did not fully understand Wikipedia's policies. It has been several years, and I have matured since then.
However, I would like to clarify that I am NOT "Lazy-restless" and I do not know that user. Any technical similarities are coincidental or due to shared IP ranges.
I returned to Wikipedia solely to contribute constructively (specifically on topics related to my university and region). I did not realize that creating a new account without appealing the old block was a violation of the block evasion policy. I promise to read the rules carefully and abide by them. Confirmed to Arup Kumar saha (no big surprise) and Confirmed WP:LOUTSOCK. Additionally, user does not address the concerns raised at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Lazy-restless.
