Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability, it is promotional and reads like an advertisement and you may have a possible Conflict of Interest. I have converted your article to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.

I recently made revisions to my draft article on Arun Chockalingam after it was previously declined. I have worked on improving the references and ensuring the content meets wikipedia's notability and verifiability standards.

Hmm; that seems like a gray area to me. If I were you, I would post a message at the Wikipedia:Conflict of interest/Noticeboard, and ask whether you should declare a conflict of interest or not. You can just very briefly introduce yourself, link your Draft, link this discussion, and mention that a user recommended that you come to the COIN for further assistance with this question.
