This account was used by Christopher Mahan before July 2002, and was subsequently taken over by a sockpuppet of JarlaxleArtemis. This was possible because the account was abandoned by its original owner after Wikipedia converted to MediaWiki) in late July 2002. All edits by this account before it was hijacked were recorded under the username "Chris_mahan", and cannot be accessed using Special:Contributions because of the underline in the name (see bug 323). Since the only way for the original user with this name to gain access to this account is by developer intervention, this account should remain indefinitely blocked. The edits previously assigned to the underlined username are now assigned to "Christopher Mahan"; see the links relating to this user at User:Nemo bis/Bug 323 revisions/positive rev user (for example this edit used to be attributed to the username "Chris_Mahan" but is now under the username "Christopher Mahan").
