An article already exists for one of the founders of the company (Wally Olins) and I would like to request an article be written for the other founder (Jacob Benbunan). I fully respect Wikipedia's policies and have no intention of violating them. I've read the help page on how to request an article to be written- would you suggest that as the proper route to take to ensure neutrality? Thank you. Decline reason:

The Requested Article process is backlogged to the point of uselessness, and any request that you make will most likely not be acted on for some time, if ever. In any event, we won't unblock you to just request that an article be written, nor will we unblock you to, in the short term, edit about your company and/or its personnel. Note that just becuse one founder of the company has an article doesn't necessarily mean that the other founder merits one as well- it's possible that neither of them merit articles and we simply haven't addressed the first yet- I don't know. But what I do know is that to be unblocked you will need to agree to comply with WP:COI and WP:PAID and tell us what edits you want to make in the short term that are unrelated to your company. We will want to see a good edit history showing that you understand relevant Wikipedia content and sourcing guidelines before permitting you to indirectly contribute about your company- otherwise our experience tell us that just allowing you to edit about your company immediately is a waste of time for everyone(including you). I've never tried to write/edit a Wikipedia article before, so I appreciate your guidance in this process while I also try and teach myself. I respect the project and aim to be a responsible user with all sincerity. I agree to comply with the agree to comply with WP:COI and WP:PAID. I've been reading in the Wikipedia:Task Center about the small edits I can make unrelated to Saffron Brand Consultants and I believe that I can establish a credible history starting there. In the meantime, I'll put a request through for an article to be written on Jacob Benbunan following the instructions on Wikipedia:Articles for creation page. I've also read it's possible to suggest changes to the Saffron Brand Consultants article but I need to include a mention of the COI in the article talk page or in the edit summary.

I understand that my account was blocked because it appeared to be promotional and used a company-style username. I apologise for unintentionally violating Wikipedia’s policies. I work for Saffron Brand Consultants as their Marketing Communications Manager and was attempting to correct factual inaccuracies about the company. I now realise that editing directly, especially under a corporate-sounding username, was not appropriate. If unblocked, I will fully comply with Wikipedia’s guidelines by disclosing my conflict of interest, suggesting changes only via Talk pages, and maintaining a neutral tone in line with Wikipedia's standards. I intend to contribute by proposing factual updates to the Saffron Brand Consultants article, such as correcting the names of key executives, and will not edit any articles directly. Someone else will review your request, but your proposed new username is not much of an improvement as it seems to be a role account or otherwise associated with a position- usernames need to indicate a specific individual, though your real name is not required.
