Information icon Please do not add promotional material to Wikipedia, as you did to Talk:Theanine. While objective prose about beliefs, organisations, people, products or services is acceptable, Wikipedia is not a vehicle for soapboxing, advertising or promotion. Thank you. Duplicate user names

You appear to be the same Daniel as Daniel 020125 who previously edited the theanine article as recently as August.

Use of multiple accounts is discouraged, and may be considered as sockpuppetry - see WP:MULTIPLE. It would have been more appropriate in Wikipedia practice to just change your username, WP:UNC, per Deleting and merging accounts. Zefr (talk) 17:08, 7 October 2025 (UTC)

Only reason is the email and password of my previous account was lost. There is no "duplicated account" but a new one. I am the same person. Daniel6201 (talk) 17:15, 7 October 2025 (UTC)
I can not delete an account in which I lost the information to access it in the 1st place. So all of my edits from before should remain intact since they are still valid and correct. Daniel6201 (talk) 17:18, 7 October 2025 (UTC)

Page number?

Can you provide a page number for the citation you added here? Also, by the way, adding the _INDEX_ magic word to articles in mainspace is completely pointless, since all articles older than 90 days are indexed by default. See Wikipedia:Controlling search engine indexing for more details. Thanks. Zeibgeist (talk) 22:33, 25 October 2025 (UTC)

Ok thank you for telling me about the Index problem. I have changed the citation [5] to another more valid source Daniel6201 (talk) 15:02, 26 October 2025 (UTC)

National varieties of English

Information icon Hello. In a recent edit, you changed one or more words or styles from one national variety of English to another. Because Wikipedia has readers from all over the world, our policy is to respect national varieties of English in Wikipedia articles.

For a subject exclusively related to the United Kingdom (for example, a famous British person), use British English. For something related to the United States in the same way, use American English. For something related to another English-speaking country, such as Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, India, or Pakistan, use the variety of English used there. For an international topic, use the form of English that the first author of the article used.

In view of that, please don't change articles from one version of English to another, even if you don't normally use the version in which the article is written. Respect other people's versions of English. They, in turn, should respect yours. Other general guidelines on how Wikipedia articles are written can be found in the Manual of Style. If you have any questions about this, you can ask me on my talk page or visit the help desk. Thank you. DMacks (talk) 18:31, 29 November 2025 (UTC)

November 2025

Information icon Hi Daniel6201! I noticed that you've made several edits in order to restore your preferred version of C5H10N2O3. The impulse to repeatedly undo an edit you disagree with is understandable, but I wanted to make sure that you're aware of Wikipedia's edit warring policy. Repeatedly undoing the changes made by other users in a back-and-forth fashion like this is disallowed, even if you feel what you're doing is justifiable.

All editors are expected to discuss content disputes on article talk pages in order to try to reach a consensus with the other editors involved. If you are unable to come to an agreement at Talk:C5H10N2O3, please use one of the dispute resolution options that are available in order to seek input from others. Using this approach instead of repeatedly reverting other editors' changes can help you avoid getting drawn into edit wars. Thank you. DMacks (talk) 18:48, 29 November 2025 (UTC)
