substack
wondered about the pluribus deletion -- that piece is getting a lot of play in "real" journals so does it matter that it was originally on substack? Just a serious question. ~2026-15715-43 (talk) 13:11, 13 March 2026 (UTC)
- Sorry, maybe I was a bit hasty with the deletion. Given some quick research, Hollis Robbins appears notable. I think if its fine-tuned, it could be a worthwhile addition. Cut "Scholars are beginning to weigh in" and "published an influential...", that is editorializing. Instead, focus on specific, notable, parts of the article. Because right now, it comes off simply as "this person published this article" and because it's a self-published source, it comes off as promotion even if that's not the intention. The addition might also be more suitable in the Themes and stylistic influences subsection as opposed to the Critical reception section. Drovethrughosts (talk) 13:39, 13 March 2026 (UTC)
Undid Character Chart on OMITB?
Hi there – I am a massive fan of when a Wikipedia page has those easy to read character charts that clearly show who appears in what season and in what capacity. MANY television show pages here on Wikipedia have them. I saw you undid my add of one to the Only Murder in the Building page – why? JACK5555 (talk) 13:09, 6 April 2026 (UTC)
- It's repetitive information. Cast tables are helpful for series that have a very high number of seasons with constant cast changes, OMITB isn't really that. Drovethrughosts (talk) 17:59, 6 April 2026 (UTC)
