  • NASA called off a planned spacewalk of SpaceX Crew-11 on 8 January, and later cancelled the mission outright, after one of the crewmembers, Mike Fincke, was reported to have a medical complication. This was the first time that this occurred in US history.
  • On 11 January, the Pandora spacecraft was successfully launched. Pandora is designed to study the atmospheres of transiting exoplanets, with the intention of identifying targets for future observation.
Article of the month

Exoplanetary Circumstellar Environments and Disk Explorer (EXCEDE) is a proposed space telescope for NASA's Explorer program to observe circumstellar protoplanetary and debris discs and study planet formation around nearby (within 100 parsecs) stars of spectral classes M to B. Had it been selected for development, it was proposed to launch in 2019.

The spacecraft concept proposed to use a 70 centimeter diameter telescope-mounted coronagraph called PIAA (Phase Induced Amplitude Apodized Coronagraph) to suppress starlight in order to be able to detect fainter radiation of circumstellar dust. Characterizing constitution of such disks would provide clues for planetary formation (mostly in habitable zones), while already existing exoplanets can be detected through their interaction with dust disk. The project's Principal Investigator is Glenn Schneider.

Wernher von Braun with the Rocketdyne F-1 engines

Pictured here are two titans of spaceflight history: Dr. Wernher von Braun, one of the main figures of the early American space program and designer of both the Saturn V and V-2 rockets, and five (four visible) Rocketdyne F-1 engines, used on the Saturn V Dynamic Test Vehicle. Dr. von Braun's career is noted for a great number of achievements in human spaceflight, including the Apollo mission which successfully put human beings on the moon; nevertheless, it is burdened with the shadow of his activities in the Nazi Party, especially concerning his work on the V-2.

The engines behind him, in addition to being immense, have the honor of being the only engines used to get humans to the moon, as of the time of writing. Developed in the late 1950s, the 8,400 kilograms (18,500 lb) engines are still the most powerful single combustion chamber liquid-propellant rocket ever made.

You have been asked and warned many a times to go through guidelines and policies of wikipedia. Such edits are done by you in, God knows how many article. So, I'm asking, immediately revert all these See also section, remove the transclude template as this is not how articles are written. Above that some of the links are repetitive, like for men's team, link of women's team article is already there on the top of the article. I have seen you did these even in the SAFF articles too, I will not be surpised if you did in other country and AFC related articles too. So kindly, revert all those, as this will be huge burden on editors to check and revert one by one. Ping me after doing it. Drat8sub (talk) 12:29, 5 March 2026 (UTC)

Thank you for pointing this out. I had reviewed the See also guideline before adding the tables, and it did not discourage me from adding a table so I thought they were useful for navigation between related articles in a structured way. However, I understand your concern about it. And No, I haven't been previously warned for the see also edits.
God knows how many article.
I would like you to WP:AGF, as I intented for reader's convinience. This statement of yours is dismissive and sounds acusatory which is discouraged under WP:CIVIL.
I will not be surpised if you did in other country and AFC related articles too
You are mistaken and need not to be worried as I added this only for Indian national football teams, the current Indian football leagues' season and 2025, 2026 in SAFF Competitions so far.
I'm asking, immediately revert all these See also section
Wikipedia users cannot order others to edit. Violates WP:OWN. I'd rather like to have a consensus on the inclusion of these tables, wherever possible as they are useful for the readers to navigate similar articles since a bulleted list would be too long. Footy2000♡ (🗨) 14:02, 5 March 2026 (UTC)
  • Did you start a conversation anywhere in any of the article talk pages, in my talk page or your talkpage before doing the reverts like this one as I've already removed them like this one.? No, you did not, rather you did this in every other article of NT & you are talking about good faith. This conversation is started by me, because assumed your edit as GF edit in the first place.
  • MOS:ALSO clearly says,

"The section should be a bulleted list, sorted either logically (for example, by subject matter), chronologically, or alphabetically. Consider using Columns-list or Div col if the list is lengthy. List entries should begin with a capital letter."

What do you think, how these guidelines were made ? With or without consesnsus!! So, ofcourse it is certainly not encouraging you to put table. So, surely a case of WP:POINTY and WP:STONEWALLING.
  • No body said, you are warned for see also guidelines..rather overall guidelines. One example, you still failing to add WP:EDITSUMMARY. 90% don't have one. The whole thing also showing WP:COMPETENCE as you failed to understand a simple guideline and guidance.
  • Yes, God knows how many articles, you've very low rate of Edit Summary as mentioned above, how on earth anybody can understand what and why you are doing the edits. Why would any editor open each of the edits to understand what you are doing. And you not only reverted and re-added in the NT articles but also with SAFF and league related articles. It's a fair assumption to think you did with other articles too, not mistaken, a justified assumption. For e.g, here.
  • For navigation, navigation template is already there, some articles already linked where it should be as mentioned above. So, surely you are not helping the cause and also not helping by saying "bulleted list is too long", as your tables are taking the same amount of spaces. And asking you to do that is not owning, or going against civil. Above that I've used "kindly". You already knew this is not the correct way, as the guidelines clearly say how to do, as someone already reverted it and asked you with guidelines, rather you are trying WP:IDHT & WP:GAMING.
  • Surely, you can go for consensus, but before consensus you must maintain status quo, revert your edit, as per guidelines you should not add these as you wished to add rather bulleted list, as mentioned above, then you start a discussion at the Footy project, get consensus and edit whatever consensus is achived. Again, there is WP:NOTUNANIMITY.
I hope and expect you revert those edits from all the articles, as you want a consensus. Thank you. Drat8sub (talk) 17:21, 5 March 2026 (UTC)
I understand your concerns regarding bulleted lists. You are right to raise concern on my edits lacking summarises too, especially on the important ones. I intended to organise the related articles in a structured way and since the see also MOS mentions: the section itself is not required I made WP:BOLD edits. However, Invoking so many policies and going as far as including WP:COMPETENCE and questioning a user's competence is close to WP:NPA and better left to administrators and the community to decide. Since there is a disagreement, it may be best to discuss this at the footy wikiproject. In the meantime, I will avoid adding new tables until a consensus is reached. To let you know, I am open to working towards a solution which aligns with MOS as well makes it easier for the readers. Thanks. Footy2000♡ (🗨) 18:04, 5 March 2026 (UTC)
