Swarnim Wagle

Please stop making the same changes to Swarnim Wagle. When discussing people in their articles, we generally do not use honorifics (such as "Dr."). This is a general Wikipedia policy, which you can read more about here: MOS:PREFIX. It states, "In general, honorific prefixes and suffixes should not be included, but may be discussed in the article." This means that you can say that Wagle has earned a doctorate, but he should only be referred to as Wagle, not Dr. Wagle.

Please do not make this change again, please read the Manual of Style (WP:MOS), and please learn more about general Wikipedia policy before contributing further. Thank you, Jessicapierce (talk) 04:21, 9 February 2026 (UTC)

i don't care what you stated, he should be have this title in his page. I don't know how will you use that, in what form. But, I request you will place the suffix by following the style and policies steps. But, I repeat, do placed this honorific style. HomeofIR (talk) 08:39, 9 February 2026 (UTC)
Theinfobox mentions that he has a PhD. The personal life section says that he holds "high academic degrees," but is not specific. If you wanted to add more information about his doctorate, that would be a good place.
Many, many people have advanced degrees and titles. Wikipedia simply does not use them throughout the article. See Pierre Mazeaud, Katsumi Furitsu, Fatou Kiné Camara for examples. Jessicapierce (talk) 17:34, 9 February 2026 (UTC)
