This needs far more sourcing to be able to establish how this unreleased film meets notability guidelines. In specific, you need to be able to show where the production for this documentary is so notable that it would be considered notable even if the film was never completed or released. It's also unclear if principal photography has begun - although keep in mind that beginning filming doesn't mean that the production is notable, just that it's a minimum threshold at which notability can start being considered.
