Thank you for contributing to Wikipedia. However, please do not use unreliable sources such as blogs, wikis, personal websites, and websites and publications with a poor reputation for checking the facts or with no editorial oversight. These sources may express views that are widely acknowledged as pushing a particular point-of-view, sometimes even extremist, being promotional in nature, or relying heavily on rumors and personal opinions. One of Wikipedia's core policies is that contributions must be verifiable through reliable sources, preferably using inline citations. If you require further assistance, please look at Help:Menu/Editing Wikipedia, or ask at the Teahouse. Thank you. — Preceding unsigned comment added by Nikkimaria (talk • contribs) 05:07, 16 June 2024 (UTC)
Categories
Hi there and welcome to Wikipedia. Please check before adding categories to articles that the article is not already a member of a subcategory of that category. For example, the article for Dove Holes was already in Category:Chapel-en-le-Frith, which is a subcategory of Category:High Peak, Derbyshire. By Wikipedia convention, and to avoid duplication, only the "lowest" appropriate category in the hierarchy is used, so adding Dove Holes to the High Peak category was incorrect (I've reverted it). See WP:CAT#TREE. Dave.Dunford (talk) 13:57, 20 June 2024 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of Johnny in the Middle of the Park

The article Johnny in the Middle of the Park has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
The page Johnny in the Middle of the Park was created specifically for explaining the lostwave. It is not notable enough to be on Wikipedia and it only as primary sources and not secondary reliable sources.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}} notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}} will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.
Read Wikipedia:No original research for more information.

La Domenica Sportiva Edit
I saw you made an edit to La Domenica Sportiva article. You did not state a source of where you got the information of that particular song being played in an episode of the TV program. This edit can be located here - https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=La_Domenica_Sportiva&diff=prev&oldid=1232024579. Therefore, I have reverted it. If you have an actual credible and reliable source that states that this song was played in an episode of La Domenica Sportiva, then you can insert the sentence again. Until then, do not add it back. Speedy deletion nomination of Starla Whaley

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Starla Whaley requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a real person or group of people that does not credibly indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please read more about what is generally accepted as notable.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. If the page is deleted, and you wish to retrieve the deleted material for future reference or improvement, then please contact the deleting administrator. Hallo, I've reverted your addition of Sarah Pochin's birth month. Wikipedia doesn't include birth dates sourced only to official information such as Companies House where someone has given their information whether they wanted to or not. See WP:BLPPRIMARY: we only use sources where the subject has chosen to give their birthdate, or given their age from which an approximate birthdate can be derived. Introduction to contentious topics
You have recently edited a page related to the Arab–Israeli conflict, a topic designated as contentious. This is a brief introduction to contentious topics and does not imply that there are any issues with your editing.
A special set of rules applies to certain topic areas, which are referred to as contentious topics. These are specially designated topics that tend to attract more persistent disruptive editing than the rest of the project and have been designated as contentious topics by the Arbitration Committee. When editing a contentious topic, Wikipedia’s norms and policies are more strictly enforced, and Wikipedia administrators have an expanded level of powers and discretion in order to reduce disruption to the project.
Within contentious topics, editors should edit carefully and constructively, refrain from disrupting the encyclopedia, and:
- adhere to the purposes of Wikipedia;
- comply with all applicable policies and guidelines;
- follow editorial and behavioural best practices;
- comply with any page restrictions in force within the area of conflict; and
- refrain from gaming the system.
Additionally, you must be logged in, have 500 edits, and have an account age of 30 days, and you are not allowed to make more than 1 revert within 24 hours on any page within this topic.
Editors are advised to err on the side of caution if unsure whether making a particular edit is consistent with these expectations. If you have any questions about contentious topics procedures, you may ask them at the arbitration clerks' noticeboard or you may learn more about this contentious topic here. You may also choose to note which contentious topics you know about by using the {{Ctopics/aware}} template.
Speedy deletion nomination of Nour News

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Nour News, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G11 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the page seems to be unambiguous advertising which only promotes a company, group, product, service, person, or point of view and would need to be fundamentally rewritten in order to become encyclopedic. Please read the guidelines on spam and Wikipedia:FAQ/Organizations for more information.
Deletion discussion about 2025 Isle of Wight helicopter crash
Hello Ivanhardybirt, and thank you for your contributions to Wikipedia.
While your contributions are appreciated, I wanted to let you know that I've started a discussion about whether an article that you created, 2025 Isle of Wight helicopter crash, should be deleted, as I am not sure that it is suitable for inclusion in Wikipedia in its current form. Your comments are welcome at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/2025 Isle of Wight helicopter crash.
Deletion discussions usually run for seven days and are not votes. Our guide about effectively contributing to such discussions is worth a read. The most common issue in these discussions is notability, but it's not the only aspect that may be discussed; read the nomination and any other comments carefully before you contribute to the discussion. Last but not least, you are highly encouraged to continue improving the article; just be sure not to remove the tag about the deletion nomination from the top.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|TheLongTone}}. And don't forget to sign your reply with ~~~~ . Thanks!

Speedy deletion nomination of 2025 Ekalaka helicopter crash

If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on 2025 Ekalaka helicopter crash requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G15 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because it exhibits one or more of the following signs which indicate that the page could only plausibly have been generated by large language models (an "AI chatbot" or other application using such technology) and would have been removed by any reasonable human review:
- Communication intended for the user: This may include collaborative communication (e.g., "Here is your Wikipedia article on..."), knowledge-cutoff disclaimers (e.g., "Up to my last training update ..."), self-insertion (e.g., "as a large language model"), and phrasal templates (e.g., "Smith was born on [Birth Date].")
- Implausible non-existent references: This may include external links that are dead on arrival, ISBNs with invalid checksums, and unresolvable DOIs. Since humans can make typos and links may suffer from link rot, a single example should not be considered definitive. Editors should use additional methods to verify whether a reference truly does not exist.
- Nonsensical citations: This may include citations of incorrect temporality (e.g a source from 2020 being cited for a 2022 event), DOIs that resolve to completely unrelated content (e.g., a paper on a beetle species being cited for a computer science article), and citations that attribute the wrong author or publication.
Text produced by these applications can be unsuitable for an encyclopedia, and output must be carefully checked. Pages created using them that did not undergo human review may be deleted at any time.
If you think these signs were incorrectly identified and you assert that you did carefully check the content, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". Additionally – if you would like to create an article but find creating new encyclopedia content yourself difficult, please share this with other editors at the Teahouse, and they may be able to help. Try not to be discouraged. Wikipedia looks forward to your legitimate contributions. – {{u|hekatlys}} 03:48, 27 October 2025 (UTC)

Non-existent sources
Hi @Ivanhardybirt. I have some concerns regarding the sources you used for 2025 Ekalaka helicopter crash. Many of them returned 404s and were not reliable. There were also detections of LLM usage, which is generally prohibited. You are welcome to contribute articles to Wikipedia, but please make sure they are reliably sourced and are not reliant on AI. Thank you! 11WB (talk) 00:16, 28 October 2025 (UTC)

Hoaxes
This edit of yours changed Springfield pet-eating hoax to Springfield pet-eating conspiracy. It needn't be clarified that conspiracy and conspiracy theory/hoax are not the same. That you also removed criticism of the subject promoting these conspiracy theories/misinfo would lend credence to the fact that you were WP:POVPUSHing WP:HOAXes at enwiki, please do not repeat this again. Contentious topic - Living people
You have recently made edits related to living or recently deceased subjects of biographical content on Wikipedia articles. This is a standard message to inform you that living or recently deceased subjects of biographical content on Wikipedia articles is a designated contentious topic. This message does not imply that there are any issues with your editing. Contentious topics are the successor to the former discretionary sanctions system, which you may be aware of. For more information about the contentious topics system, please see Wikipedia:Contentious topics. For a summary of differences between the former and new systems, see WP:CTVSDS. Rhiannon Leaman moved to draftspace
Thanks for your contributions to Rhiannon Leaman. Unfortunately, I do not think it is ready for publishing at this time because it needs more sources to establish notability. I have converted it to a draft which you can improve, undisturbed for a while.
Please see more information at Help:Unreviewed new page. When the article is ready for publication, please click on the "Submit the draft for review!" button at the top of the page OR move the page back. TheInevitables (talk) 01:21, 11 December 2025 (UTC)
Proposed deletion of German Pole (politician)

The article German Pole (politician) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Effectively unsourced. 1 source is a blog another an image. Fails WP:SIGCOV.
In particular, articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion based on established criteria.
If the proposed deletion has already been carried out, you may request undeletion of the article at any time. scope_creepTalk 06:12, 22 December 2025 (UTC)
I have sent you a note about a page you started
Hi Ivanhardybirt. Thank you for your work on Queen's Hills. Another editor, Klbrain, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:
Thanks for creating this page for an occupied place. When creating articles, please don't rely on chatgpt to generate text; it's not trustworthy and undermines the basis of Wikipedia as a source generated by people. Nevertheless, I've checked your chatgpt source and they look sound (in this case). The text is brief, and therefore there is an argument that it would be better placed within Costessey.
